Training is another important aspect to encourage the dealership employees to stay on top of the tools they are using for digital marketing. The internet industry is changing rapidly and providing consistent training to the dealership employees will ensure that the employees are using the tools as they are meant to be and also making use of all the features a product offers.

Accountability - Creating a video culture is not easy unless you have accountability at the management level. So hold your team accountable by holding your managers accountable. Ensure that the managers are product champions that understand all the available features and tools in hand. Create a video culture at your dealership, and just watch what it does to strengthen product knowledge, consumer engagement, and to really drive up your marketing prowess at the dealership.

Analytics - Analytics is the piece everyone loves, it’s easy to see how many times employees are sending texts, emails, videos, following up with customers etc; The right digital marketing tools can provide you with better analytics and insights as well. So use these statistics, to identify the employees that are not using the tools effectively and brainstorm ways to increase usage.
